When your order is packed and processed we will email you your tracking number.
As soon as we are able to pack and process your order, you will receive your tracking number.
We aim to get all orders packed on the same day during business hours and the next day on after-hours orders.

We are in the same building as a NZ Post Centre which is why we are able to send out our orders so quickly!
