Here at Rhapsody there is a story to tell about the recession, prices and you our customers.
When the recession started our main New Zealand wholesalers started laying off staff/changing
management and yes putting prices up!

We said how can prices go up, our customers deserve better prices, times are tough and
the NZ dollar is at record highs. We couldn’t convince any local wholesalers to even keep
prices the same.

So we decided to search the world for bargains for our customers. And now almost all of our stock
doesn’t come from local suppliers, we bring it in direct. This cuts out the middle man and means
we can offer you the best discounted price for top brands. A lot of the stock we bring in is unique
to NZ but you know all the great labels!

This has had two effects guys, our customers love it but our competitors and local agents hate it.
